The People Behind Caze AI

T.J. Foley

Co-Founder
T.J. Foley is a researcher investigating the intersection of science, technology, and democracy. He previously led Trust and Safety at social network startup Patio and advised Fortune 100/FAANG companies on AI as a Senior Strategist at Gemic. His forthcoming book, “Watchdogs: The History of the Federal Trade Commission” (with Sascha Meinrath), examines the evolution of American technology policy. He continues to actively research and publish, with work appearing in the Journal of Online Trust and Safety, Energy Research & Social Science, and the American Journal of Legal History. He holds an AB cum laude in Social Studies from Harvard. When not researching the intersection of technology and society, T.J. enjoys photography and spending time with Adi’s two golden retrievers.

Adi Kapoor

Co-Founder
Adi is a Big-4-trained operations strategist turned AI product builder who blends Fortune-500 discipline with startup velocity. At Skylark AI he led product management for a venture-funded diligence platform—designing features with Google Gemini, OpenAI, and other frontier models while simultaneously scaling the team. Earlier, at EY Consulting he steered multi-billion-dollar divestitures and ERP redesigns for global clients, translating complex deal and governance challenges into streamlined processes. He graduated from Vanderbilty University with a B.A. in Strategy & Innovation. At Caze AI, Adi shapes the company’s product vision, prompt-engineering playbook, and go-to-market strategy, drawing on deep expertise in AI model orchestration, workflow design, and cross-border vendor management. A Vanderbilt honors graduate in Strategy & Innovation, he still relaxes by improvising Iron-Chef dishes for friends—and sneaks a bite or two to his two Golden Retrievers, who double as the team’s unofficial mascots.
